Florence Bannelier

Florence Bannelier was born in Paris. She holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po Paris) and a Master's degree in Business and Tax Law from University Paris Assas. Florence started her career with Credit Commercial de France in 1985 before moving to AXA Investment Managers in 1998. She then managed funds at Neuflize Gestion (ABN AMRO) and in 2001 moved to Halbis Capital Management (HSBC group) where she was a portfolio manager for European small & mid caps. She currently works for Amundi where she co-managing the Amundi Fds Equity Euroland Small Cap with Caroline Gauthier. Florence has been managing funds for over 23 years and is a Certified European Financial Analyst as well as a member of the Association des Gérants et Analystes de Marchés Européens. Outside of fund management, Florence enjoys globetrotting with her family and likes to ski and windsurf.

Objective

The objective of the Sub-Fund is to outperform the reference indicator MSCI Europe Small Cap Index (dividend reinvested), after taking into account charges, over an investment horizon of 5 years, by selecting within the European Union small companies. In order to achieve its objective, the Sub-Fund invests at least 75% of its net assets in shares of companies within the European Union, with a minimum of 67% of the total assets invested in shares of small-sized companies having a market capitalization below 5 billion euros at the time of acquisition.
